Watch video at YouTube:

Hello, we’re pleased to announce that our newest release is available. Symbiostic 004 contains three great tracks.

Basti Pieper’s “Blackpearl” pumps straight ahead from the first moment and do not let your feet stand still until it gets from time to time roughly interrupted by some nice breaks. His way of bringing unexpected elements into his tracks as he filled parts of “Blackpearl” with some whistle flute sounds are bracing, what he also demonstrates catchy on further releases on labels like Resopal, Plastic City and his own lable Herz ist Trumpf. We strongly recommend to check out his upcoming stuff.

The track “Glockengeloet” from Wolfgang Lohr, a modern piece of techouse music, let your ass swing. The well arranged vocals, trumpet sounds and percussions with nice decent oriental influence combined with this floor stamping bassline make this track to a real peaktime sound. That´s how we like it. Get up!

The third track in the row comes from S.Sic, who already released a track on Symbiostic002.
“I don’t know, where i’m” with it’s smooth structure catches your mind and involves you into a pleasant arrangement of sounds and surfaces where time has no meaning.

All Around The World - Warsaw

Progrezo Records eighth installment in the Collector series comes from an Alpha-global city, considered the major international tourist destination and an important economic hub in Central and Eastern Europe, Warsaw.

Warsaw is the capital and largest city of Poland. It is located on the Vistula River, roughly 260 kilometres from the Baltic Sea and 300 kilometres from the Carpathian Mountains. Its population in 2010 was estimated with a greater metropolitan area more than 2 million residents, making Warsaw the 10th most populous city proper in the European Union.

It is also known as the “Phoenix City” because it has survived many wars throughout its bloody history. Most notably when the city had to be painstakingly rebuilt after the extensive damage it suffered from World War II, during which 80%% of its buildings were destroyed. In 1940 the city was awarded Poland’s highest military decoration for heroism, the Virtuti Militari, for the Siege of Warsaw.

Warsaw has given its name to the Warsaw Confederation, the Warsaw Pact, the Duchy of Warsaw, the Warsaw Convention, the Treaty of Warsaw, the Warsaw Uprising and the Warsaw Ghetto Uprising. The Warszawianka is widely considered the unofficial anthem of the city. Considered as an Alpha-global city, Warsaw has been the place for any and every kind of musicians, artists and art enthusiasts, becoming it in an authentic – unique reference point for different trends and culture movements. Citizens and visitors have contributed significantly to the evolution of the city, making Warsaw a city par excellence for bands including Depeche Mode among many others.

Progrezo Records’ 07 installment in the Collector series from Warsaw, is pleased to present a kind selection with best of the rising talents born and/or established in Poland including Nishin Verdiano, AK9, The Vetox, The Noughts & Crosses, Yan Koveeaq, Harry Hearing, Godswitch and Fingers In The Noise.

From classy deep house beats to tech surrounded atmospheres, this edition from Warsaw is a solid prove of high quality music produced by some of the most representative artists in the Polish electronic music scene to watch. Don’t miss !!

Next stops from Berlin, Rome, Paris, Amsterdam, TBilis, Prague and Moscow. Stay tunned !!

[NS043] Second Thought – Another Setting Sun

Second Thought

Second Thought – Another Setting Sun
[NS043] No-Source Netlabel

Genre: Ambient, Electronic, Acoustic, Field Recordings

Release Page

“Another Setting Sun” is the final album from Second Thought, the previous recording name of UK musician Ross Baker. This album is the coda to a quintilogy of full length albums released between 2004 and 2011. Music of Second Thought has always stayed close to the concept of dream-like travel, troubled wordless travel, and organic journeys. For those familiar with Second Thoughts output, the sound of “Another Setting Sun” fall directly between “Purlieu” and “Leaf Pass”. This makes sense seeing that much of the music here was originally recorded before “Purlieu” and finished around the same time as “Leaf Pass”. The result is a varied array of moods, paths, and instrumental sounds. Each track is linked together with field recordings, bird sounds, and spoken word snippets. Layered above, is reverberated synths, classical piano, and subdued electronic rhythms. It is equal parts beautiful, ambient, and experimental. A fitting tale of warm endings and new beginnings.

‘Another Setting Sun’ is a history of my music from the earliest days of Second Thought through to the present. All tracks here are previously unheard, or have been unavailable for the best part of a decade. I hope you enjoy the album as much as I enjoyed putting it together and reliving all of these memories. A million thanks yous to everybody who’s listened over the years. ~ Ross Baker

Pepone EP

Pepone EP is the first vinyl release of MAZEL SOURCE, and from LETHAL DOSE RECORDINGS.

All 3 tracks represent his inner state of techno, house, dark, bumpin, with experiments of the atmospheres.

He plays with big basses and create the groove using modern and bouncin rythms.

Pepone – keeps unusual feelings with a sort of new soup. No big break, but the second powerful part makes your skin filled gooseflesh.

Pinuts – is the dark sound of this EP, respecting Lethal Doses traditions. Minimalism on the rythmic structure, and fat work with ambient and psychedelia sounds on the second part.

Des Bariques - gives a bass like Flat Beat (Mr Oizo) in his best years.
It is a dancin EP, for black and wet dancefloors, for a large public between Minus fans or Soma, Marble, Frucht, and Sleaze ones, preparing to a long collaboration with LETHAL DOSE RECORDINGS.
